Available to you is a public parking area in front of the apartment entrance, a coin-operated laundry facility across the street from the entrance. Within walking distance, you will find public transportation stops, buses, trains (Pisa San Rossore station is only 200 meters from the apartment and can be reached on foot even with luggage), the Pam supermarket across the street, and many typical Tuscan and ethnic restaurants.

The house is bright, equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI, smart TV, hairdryer, and consists of a double bedroom, a living/kitchen area with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
