You will have access to a public paid parking in front of the apartment entrance, a small private outdoor space where you can have breakfast or read a book in complete tranquility. A few steps away, you will find public transport stops, buses, and the train (Pisa San Rossore station is only 200 m from the apartment and is reachable on foot even with luggage). There is also a Pam supermarket just across the street, as well as many typical Tuscan and ethnic restaurants.

The house is bright, equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and consists of a spacious double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a large living room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms with showers, and a dedicated and separate kitchen.
